Refund policy

At Emotos.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a refund or exchange subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Return Eligibility:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Certain items, such as E-Bikes, are not eligible for return unless stated otherwise. Please contact us for clarification before initiating a return.

2. Restocking Fee:

  • All returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • The Customer is responsible for shipping costs to ship back the returned item, this may vary based on location and item weight/size. Which will be deducted from the refunded amount.
  • Additionally, shipping costs incurred for the original purchase are non-refundable.

3. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at 561-393-7100 to request a return.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring that the item is returned to us in its original condition.

4. Refund Processing:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 2 business days to the original method of payment.
  • Please note that refunds may take additional time to appear on your credit card or bank statement, depending on your financial institution.

5. Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or model, please contact our customer service team to arrange for an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability and status of order. If the order has already shipped, we cannot offer an exchange. 

6. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately to make a claim.
